Batting rules : Wood bats, all players bat, players to supply own bats,
not team provided, 11 batter per innings max (excluding last inning)
Pitching rules : 2 IP per game maximum/per player…but last pitcher can pitch max 3 IP in a game
Game Length : 7 innings or 2 hours 15 minutes
Substitution rules : unlimited
Uniforms : each player can wear whatever uniform he/she wishes
Insurance : under same coverage as NCBL

44 players x $60.00 = $2640.00 (revenue)
14 games x $100.00 = $1400.00 (field cost)
14 games x $60.00 = $840.00 (umpire cost, 1 per game)

Team makeup
4 designated managers will conduct a draft of all participating players. Each manager must have access to bases, catcher’s equipment, and helmets. During the draft each manager will have restrictions on picking members of their own club team.
All players must understand that they will be placed on a team, that may not necessarily include their teammates from their regular NCBL club team!
Entry into the “fall league” will be on a first come/first serve basis, with existing NCBL players taking precedent over new players if demand is high!

League Code
The reason for having this league is FUN. NO protests will be permitted, all umpire decisions will be final. Contact must be avoided at the plate and other bases. (no running the catcher). Catcher hurry up rule is mandatory with 2 outs. Courtesy runner option can be utilized for 1 player as well.
